Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING //
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is received.

The Asphalt Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES //
We want you to be confident in what you ordered. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, or other use cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIMITED DROPS //
Many Asphalt Society pieces are produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that another size or replacement will be available for an exchange. If your requested size is unavailable, we can discuss available return options.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS //
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
